In this male version of Cinderella set in Texas, Bubba works on a ranch run by his wicked stepdaddy and his cruel stepbrothers, Dwayne and Milton. When Miz Lurleen, the prettiest rancher in Texas, throws a hoedown to find herself a real feller, Dwayne and Milton refuse to let Bubba go with them because he smells more like cattle than the cattle do. Luckily, Bubba has a fairy godcow who cleans up his act and turns him into the cowboy prince of Miss Lurleen`s dreams. Illustrated with acrylic paintings.
