We Are All Fine Here

Julia is bored with her marriage to Jim, and what makes it all worse is that she`s fixated on her old boyfriend, Ray, who still calls her from time to time--often enough to keep the flame burning. When she meets up with him again at the wedding of mutual friends, they have a quick sexual tryst, as a result of which Julia finds herself pregnant. The mother of a sullen teenager, she must first decide whether to go through with the pregnancy, then what to tell her husband, then whether to tell Ray, then--but there is much more, a lot of it unexpected and a lot of it very funny, in Mary Guterson`s first novel.
